QLAA is using Hy-tek Team Manager
This page is intended to provide quick access to a number of items that could support Centres in their weekly operations of the Track and Field Team Manager.

The Association has been using Meet Manager for all Association competitions for a number of years and is satisfied with the support that company ‘Hy-tek Ltd’ has provided. Hy-tek is USA based, however, there is a distributor based in NSW; and has now endorsed and use Team Manager as a registration package.
Team Manager offers many reports including Best Performances, Meet Eligibility, Meet Results, Mailing Labels, Entry Cards/Labels, Award/Improvement Labels, 3D Graphs, Rosters, Records and Time Standards, Meet Entries, and Meet Entry Fees Report – it all depends on the packages you choose to include in you purchase. It will export information to Excel, Word, and HTML for the Web and character delimited files. The programme will also export Athlete names and their e-mail addresses directly to Outlook Express.
 
 
QLAA Conducted Team Manager Workshops

The Association will be conducting Team Manager workshops on a Regional basis, during the months of July & August for Summer season Centres and March - May for Winter Centres. The workshops are usually conducted over 3 - 4 hour period. Where possible attendees should bring a computer with the Centres licensed Team Manager programme loaded. Team Manager Manual
The booklet provided is intended as a guide for the set-up and use relative to the QLAA requirements. A small portion of the booklet is dedicated to the recording options of Team Manager.  For further details on Team Managers abilities, please refer to the Hy-Tek's Help options.
 
 
Version 3 of Track & Field Team Manager
Hy-Tek will soon be releasing Version 3 of Track & Field Team Manager. Centres looking to purchase the new version should contact the Association Offiice to discuss ordering options. Use this link to read more details regarding the new features available in T & F Team Manager version 3.

Team Manager Updates
All persons operating Team Manager on behalf of a Little Athletics Centre should be visiting the Hy-Tek site on a regular basis.
 
Updates can be downloaded by following the prompts when you are in the Team Manager programme and if your computer is connect to the internet; when selecting the Check for Updates on the home page tool bar

Centres should note:
 Team Manager - School Year Issue

Some of your Team Manager operators may have noticed that when sharing data between Centre Team Manager databases, the School year data (showing athletes as per our age group e.g. U11) was not functioning properly for ages U10- U17’s.  This has now been rectified by Hy-tek.  These are the instructions that they have supplied to fix your systems:

Do a Check for Updates to install the new TFTM 2.0Em that supports the import/export of the 3 character Class/School Year field, ONLY for TM to TM transfers.   They will have to re-export out their athletes in order to be able to import them in to another database with the 3 character field.
