The Comfort Inn & Suites Robertson Gardens Annual Coaching Camp was held from 11th - 15th January at the Maranatha Recreation Camp, Yandina. 122 athletes aged from U7 -U17, three parents and eleven coaches and staff attended.

 

In addition to the three events that each athlete chose to learn about, athletes also participated in a wide range of fun physical activities including medicine ball circuits, pool games and team based challenges. The QLAA amazing race on the Thursday night was a favourite amongst the older athletes. The pool games were most enjoyed by the younger ones.

 

This year's camp was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended and the decision to come back to the same venue was a huge success. The Association would like to thank all the coaches and staff that attended the camp, your expertise in your chosen areas was very beneficial to all the athletes who were in your care throughout the week. Thank you to all the athletes for your behaviour throughout the week and we hope to see you all next year.
